Focus 1.8 TDCi sport Breaking
Created: 3 month(s) ago
First a picture to give you an idea of the damage so I don't get enquiries about parts which are completely unfeasable!
The car is a 1.8 TDCi Sport, this one having the benefit of ST170 Recaro's which I put in (weeks before my smash!), and came with the factory fit eibach springs. The doors both still seem straight as you can see I nearly managed to avoid the bloody collision. Engine still ran after the collision, no loss of any fluids but it appears the driveshafts are peggered, Wheels: All in the upper portion of Good, not mint sadly, had very little corrosion on at last check (biiig issue with st170 wheels from what I've seen) and all the tyres were pretty much new before last winter (accident was 29th December) - Provisionally sold but may still be up for sale, Some Spec details. Interior: - Red LED converted radio, although the recovery guys knicked the security strip and my floor mats, - ST170 heated recaro's, perfect condition leather, slight side bolster sag in the drivers side, but not noticable. - Variable intermittent wiper stalk Exterior: - Everything from the doors back is pretty much pristine, the car was washed religiously, rear bumper has a slight scuff from the recovery guys ratchet strap snapping though. - Electric heated wingmirrors Chassis/Drivetrain - Engine around 80 k, regularly serviced ran sweet as a nut, 122hp 220lb/ft, still had 1/2 - 3/4 tank of derv still! - Eibach factory lowering springs, gap was about 2 fingers width at the front about 4 at the back on the 170's. - Full disk brakes - Rears provisionally sold, but may return for sale, Everything else should still be with the car and is for sale, I'm open to all offers, even if you want the shell after! Can provide pictures of most parts too. I'm sure anyone who had seen my car would vouch it was well looked after, Even had Colin/Faithless comment on how my car was the only one that managed to avoid wheelspinning up his drive in the snow! |
