As a club, focusowners.com is proud to attend major national and regional shows throughout the year, and invites you (its members) to display your cars on stand.
Whilst displaying your car, you are an ambassador for the club - promoting the levels of fun and responsibility that club membership entails.
For your - and everyone's - enjoyment of the show - please respect and abide by the following club rules:
1. To display your car - it must be a Ford Focus. It can be totally standard or pimped to the max; but it must be a Focus (no exceptions). 2. Only tickets purchased through the focusowners.com Events Organisers will be allowed entry to the Club stand. Anyone buying tickets direct from show organisers will not be entitled to entry on the stand. 3. Closing date for ticket requests is not negotiable, the show organisers themselves do not give us any "late" time. 4. Tickets are only purchased for members once cleared funds have been received by the Event Organisers. Members can not reserve tickets and then pay afterwards. 5. Once cars are set up on the Club stand they are not to be moved to another club stand at any point during the show. If this happens the member will be restricted from purchasing tickets through the club in the future. 6. There is NO ALCOHOL allowed on stand if you are showing your car. The only exception will be for day one weekend camping events. 7. Events Organisers will post a time to meet at the show so the stand can be set up. This time must be stuck to. People turning up late will not be given "front of house" in any circumstances. 8. Once arrived at the show, drivers must stay with their cars until the Events Organiser has said that stand is set up. This stops the stand being messed up with drivers parking cars and wandering off, meaning its hard to organise the stand around them. 9. Cars must be clean to be shown. 10.Once deadline for tickets has passed no further tickets or car passes applications will be taken. It is up to members to arrange with fellow members if anyone cant make it and wishes to exchange tickets/passes. 11. There are no refunds from the club for tickets purchased if you can no longer attend the event. In this situation, you can offer your ticket for sale to other focusowners.com members only.
